Additional Information:My internet sucks sometimes, and my internet is awesome at times. I will also be getting a royal commando. And that will be a main class then.

It's not really a vote. As long as they have a level 13 commando they will be accepted. There may be rare circumstances where if the person trying to join is a known hacker or whatever, then that person will not be accepted.
